Qualifications

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
• UK primary school experience preferred, EYFS/KS1/KS2 exposure beneficial.
• Enhanced DBS on Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Proactive, supportive approach to learning and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Support classroom teaching and learning activities.
• Deliver one-to-one interventions and targeted support.
• Work with small groups to raise attainment and confidence.
• Support pupils with SEND and manage behaviour positively.
• Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation.
