Job Role: Waking Night Support Worker - Willow Lodge

Location: Bournemouth, BH5 2AD

Salary: £13.20 - £13.90* per hour

Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking a Waking Night Support Worker to join our team at Bournemouth, Willow Lodge.

Accomplish is looking for motivated, self-starters to support individuals with acquired brain injuries and other health needs in their daily lives.

As a Waking Night Support Worker, your responsibilities include:

  • Prompting service users' independence and helping them live fulfilling lives
  • Supporting and encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests
  • Maintaining health care needs, including accompanying service users to appointments or administering medication
  • Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping
  • Assisting with personal care (depending on the service user)
  • Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking

Experience within the care sector is not required as we offer full training, coaching, and development.
