About Us:

We are a friendly and casual Italian café located in the heart of Aldgate East, known for our welcoming atmosphere and freshly made Italian dishes. We pride ourselves on great service and a supportive team environment. We’re now looking for an experienced and enthusiastic waitress to join our front-of-house team.

Please note: The café operates daytime hours and closes by 5 PM — perfect for those seeking a better work-life balance.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waitress or in a similar front-of-house role (Indians Prefered)

• Friendly, energetic, and a strong team player

• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English

• Well-presented with a professional attitude

• Must have the right to work in the UK

• Punctual, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Welcoming guests warmly and ensuring a great customer experience

• Managing your section confidently and efficiently

• Taking accurate food and drink orders with full knowledge of the menu

• Keeping tables clean and set, and supporting colleagues as needed

• Communicating clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team

• Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards are always maintained
