Full Time Professional Waiting Staff - Live in available. £GEN

We are looking for two dedicated Waiting Staff members to join our restaurant team on a full time, permanent basis. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer care and maintaining high standards of food and beverage service. It's a really beautiful venue on the banks of a Loch in a relativley remote part of Skye. If a more rural lifestyle with the care of your family team members appeals then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders with attention to detail
  • Ensure 5-star standards of service and presentation
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Take on extra responsibility for the care and service of in-house guests

Qualifications

  • Proven experience working in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Strong conscientious work ethic and attention to detail
  • Excellent customer care and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Understanding of food and beverage service standards

Day-to-Day

  • Welcoming and seating guests, looking after them during their stay.
  • Taking and delivering orders promptly and accurately
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area
  • Providing exceptional service to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests

The ideal person for this role will have a warm and welcoming nature, people travel from long distances for our exceptional food and hospitality and we want them to see the real Scotland, the freshest food and warmest experience. This role offers live in accommodation in a staff cottage (recently refurbished), it's pays brilliantly and you'll be part of a team of superstars.
