We’re on the hunt for passionate, driven team members to join our team and help us take on the universe—okay, maybe just the London wine scene for now. We do things differently: no wine snobbery, no food flabbergastery, just lots of people-level-uppery. We’re an award-winning, high-fiving, people-loving, training-leading, tech-embracing wine bar with a buzzing atmosphere where our teams shine brighter than a leprechaun’s butt cheeks. We offer over 100 delicious wines by the glass, ready for tasting and exploring through our futuristic wine dispensers, paired with our seasonal sharing menu and our very own urban winery where we make English wines that delight guests.

Responsibilities

• The Guest Guru (A.K.A. The Face of the Place): Welcome guests warmly, guide their experience, and provide service from greeting to farewell, including wine recommendations or top-ups as needed.
• Master of the Pour (and the Plate): Deliver drinks and food quickly, smoothly, and with confidence, adding flair as appropriate.
• Upsell Wizard: Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, guide guests to wine pairings or the cheese board, and enhance their dining experience.
• Clean Scene Commander: Maintain tidy tables and dining areas, clear and reset as needed, ensuring a fresh space for every guest.
• Vibe Curator: Contribute to a positive atmosphere, including friendly interactions, playlist suggestions, and strong teamwork.
• Machine Whisperer: Ensure equipment from wine dispensers to coffee machines operates smoothly to prevent delays.
• All-Around Legend: Bring energy, enthusiasm, and excellence to every shift.
• Loves Service Like They Love Wine: Passionate about delivering exceptional service and enjoying guest conversations about wine, life, and snacks.
