Overview

Job Description: Monday to Friday, Full Time. Salary: £31,824 per annum.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients and managers to ensure all private dining and events services are run efficiently and effectively.
• Assist in stocktakes of all wines, spirits, soft drinks and equipment.
• Deliver all food and beverages to the dining rooms in the specified standard as per the SOP.
• Liaise with the Supervisor/Manager about menus and wines for each service.
• Set up rooms and organise trolleys for each service.
• Ensure all general cleaning duties are carried out.
• Respond to reasonable requests from the management.
• Must be well-presented and professionally presented at all times.
• Good communication and client service skills.
• Food and beverages product knowledge.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
