Waiting Staff Job

Greycoat Lumleys are proud to be working exclusively with Escapade, a 5* hotel situated on the track at Silverstone. This is a pre-opening and opening event at an incredible venue. We are recruiting passionate, motivated individuals who love hospitality and aim to deliver 5* service. We are looking for Waiting Staff with experience in 4* or 5* environments. This six-month role starts in May and is part of a pre-opening, offering a unique and exciting opportunity. Resilience is essential.

As the site is rural, candidates must be drivers or have access to a car, as there is no public transport nearby.

Responsibilities:

1. Meet and greet guests warmly and professionally
2. Present menus, answer questions, and offer personalized recommendations
3. Take orders accurately
4. Set up and prepare tables for service
5. Monitor tables for clearing and resetting, supporting the overall dining experience
6. Know the menu thoroughly, including ingredients and preparation methods
7. Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
8. Handle billing and payments professionally
9. Be aware of allergies and special requests
10. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service
11. Comply with food safety and health regulations
