About The Role

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a passion for hospitality and customer service to join our dedicated team as casual waiting staff. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet Guests: Provide a warm welcome to all guests, escort them to their table, and offer helpful information about the menu.
  • Take Orders: Assist guests with their orders, respond to requests, and create a friendly and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests appropriately, ensuring a fun and supportive atmosphere.
  • Process Orders: Use the EPOS system to handle guest food and drink orders efficiently.
  • Maintain Standards: Adhere to all stadium operational, food safety, and health and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Age: 18+ (due to alcohol service requirements)
  • Experience: Hospitality experience required, bartending experience preferred
  • Shifts: Daytime, evenings and weekends
  • Availability: Able to work various shifts, including early starts from 7am and late finishes at 2am.
