Position Overview

We're looking for an experienced and dedicated Waiter / Waitress to join our team and play a key role in creating a wonderful dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Exceptional Service: Provide attentive and personalised service to ensure a flawless dining experience for our guests.
  • Menu Knowledge: Know our menu well, including ingredients and cooking techniques, to assist guests with their choices.
  • Presentation: Serve dishes with style, pour wine accurately, and create memorable dining moments.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth service.
  • Upselling: Recommend featured items, drinks, and wine pairings to enhance guests' experiences.
  • Stay Calm: Handle high-pressure situations professionally and calmly, referring to the line manager if necessary.
Hours per week:

Qualifications:
  • Leaving Cert level education or above
  • NVQ qualification or equivalent
  • Passion for food, beverage, and customer service
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proactive and hands-on approach
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills
