A healthcare provider in Norwich is seeking a full-time Waiting List Coordinator for Gynaecology. The role requires excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills, as well as experience in managing patient waiting lists. The position entails working closely with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure efficient scheduling and compliance with NHS guidelines. This is a fast-paced role within a supportive NHS environment.
We are looking to recruit a full time Waiting List Coordinator predominantly for Gynaecology with a cross cover for Hysteroscopy booking & Procedure clinic booking.
You will be a conscientious and enthusiastic team player, with excellent organisational & communication skills. You will need to have a good understanding of the 18-week RTT pathways & the Patient Access Policy. You will need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of patient confidentiality. The role is fast paced & requires a someone who is excellent at time management & completely tasks within a deadline.
The post holder will provide waiting list management for Gynaecology & Gynaecology Oncology within Care Group C. This role relies on close working relationships with patients, management, consultants, secretaries, departmental staff, nursing staff as well as other health care professionals, including our private provider partners. You will be required to make the necessary arrangements for diagnostic & therapeutic treatment procedures for our patients, working within the Patient Access Policy & the Trust PAS User Policy.

This role does not include home working.
