Job summary

NHS Scotland is responsible for managing the waiting list for patients who require Assisted Conception treatment, ensuring achievement of national and local targets. The role involves timely booking and the prompt, accurate input of patient details to the waiting list and booking system to support the patient journey.

This post requires PVG Scheme membership and reasonable adjustments will be made to recruitment to support disabled candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage the waiting list for patients who require Assisted Conception treatment.
• Ensure timely booking of patients and input of patient details to the waiting list and booking system.
• Support achievement of national and local targets set by the Scottish Government.
• Provide an efficient booking service to support the patient journey and maximise appointment utilisation.
