Job summary

The Winemaker’s Pub, part of Balfour Winery in Goudhurst, is seeking friendly waiting staff to join our bar and dining team. You’ll help deliver warm, high-quality service in a cosy, welcoming atmosphere with a focus on guests and quality food and drink.

We offer up to £12.71 per hour plus TRONC, 35% staff discounts across sites, Wage Stream access, and flexible hours to support your work/life balance.

Job description

Part of Balfour Winery and set in the nearby village of Goudhurst, The Winemaker’s Pub is our traditional local with wine at its heart. Rooted in English wine, British cooking and a strong sense of home, it sits alongside The Winemakers’ Kitchen and the Cellar Door as one of three ways to experience Balfour across the estate.

We’re looking for people who genuinely enjoy looking after guests to join our bar and waiting team at The Winemakers Pub. With great food, four cosy bedrooms and a lively, welcoming atmosphere, we want team members who bring natural warmth, good energy and a real pride in quality service.
