Work at the Island’s Best Restaurant for 2 years running, on Ventnor Beach. Smoking Lobster is a first-class Family Run Asian Fusion Restaurant, serving delicious dishes which celebrate local produce, using our own fishing boats.

Smoking Lobster is looking for waiters / waitresses & bartenders, who are keen to work with a fun and passionate team. Experience is great, however, we welcome individuals new to the industry, with enthusiasm to learn truly exceptional hospitality, providing the best food and drinks on the island, coupled with excellent service!
