Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and escorting them to their tables.
• Presenting menus and taking food and drink orders.
• Recommending dishes and beverages to guests.
• Serving food and drinks promptly and efficiently.
• Checking on guests to ensure satisfaction and resolving issues.
• Processing payments and handling cash and card transactions.
• Assisting with restaurant setup and cleanup before and after service.
• Cleaning and resetting tables for new guests.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in a similar role.
• Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and capable of multitasking.
• Proactive self-starter with good judgment who can work independently.
• The starting salary is £10.42 per hour, with potential increases based on experience, assessed during the interview.
