Job summary

Hotel du Vin Poole is seeking a friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our restaurant team. You will be the face of the dining area, ensuring smooth service, communicating with kitchen and management, and helping guests enjoy an exceptional experience.

This 20-hour-per-week, permanent role offers a competitive hourly rate of 12.80 GBP plus TRONC and benefits as part of a dynamic hospitality group. Evening and weekend flexibility required.

In this role you will be the face of the restaurant, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
