Rate of Pay £12.3 / 20 Hours per week

Overview

The role is to be the face of the restaurant, help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant management to ensure a smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Be the face of the restaurant and assist with table service and guest experience.
  • Support flow of service and communicate effectively with Kitchen and management to ensure smooth operation.
  • Work with the team to provide a high standard of guest satisfaction.
Shifts & Location

We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days. We can offer great flexibility if required. We are busier during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can be discussed at interview.

Training & Development

We offer nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside our detailed brand training. We'll help you be "The Difference" between good and great guest experiences.

Qualifications
  • Experience isn't a deal breaker, but a passion for great customer service and a willingness to learn new skills is essential.
