Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests and escorting them to their tables
• Presenting menus and taking food and drink orders
• Recommending food and beverage options to guests
• Serving food and drinks promptly and efficiently
• Checking on guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues
• Processing payments, handling cash and credit card transactions
• Assisting with restaurant setup and cleanup before and after service
• Cleaning and resetting tables for new guests
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of food and beverages

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience in a similar role
• Attention to detail, highly organized, capable of multitasking
• Proactive, able to work independently with good judgment and minimal supervision
• The starting salary is £10.42, with potential increases based on experience, assessed during the interview
