Job summary

Brunning and Price Pubs Ltd’s The Highdown in Goring by Sea near Worthing is seeking a waiter/waitress to deliver friendly, high‑quality service in a busy pub environment. You’ll be part of a team that prides itself on fresh food and great guest experiences.

Compensation includes a basic up to £12.85 per hour, plus tronc and paid overtime. Enjoy free meals on shift, staff discounts across B&P and partner brands, a Nest pension, and opportunities to grow through internal development and HIT

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality is helpful but not essential.

About You...

Youhave a natural ability to look after people and make them happy and like us,you’re passionate about food and drink. Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter,bar tender, barista or food and beverage assistant ideally in a pub, restaurant, hotelorbar would be helpful but isn’t essential. More importantly, you’re hands on with a positive attitude. You’ll bring your life experience to help keep a busy shift calm and collected whilst ensuring you look after our customers in the best way possible.
