Job summary

The Packhorse in Mapledurham is recruiting a waiter/waitress to deliver high standards of service in a busy pub. You will help ensure guests enjoy their food and drink with a friendly, professional approach and contribute to a welcoming dining environment.

You’ll be part of a team that values great service, supports development and contributes to a great shift experience for guests and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or front-of-house is beneficial.
• Able to provide friendly, attentive service and handle payments.
• Willingness to learn and follow brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a busy pub environment.
• Deliver food and drinks accurately and promptly.
• Ensure customers are looked after and stays calm during peak times.

About You...

Youhave a natural ability to look after people and make them happy and like us,you’re passionate about food and drink. Previous experience in hospitality as a waitress/waiter,bar tender, barista or food and beverage assistant ideally in a pub, restaurant, hotelorbar would be helpful but isn’t essential.

More importantly, you’re hands on with a positive attitude. You’ll bring your life experience to help keep a busy shift calm and collected whilst ensuring you look after our customers in the best way possible.
