You work well within your team to ensure the food and drinks you serve look and taste wonderful, delivered with integrity and passion. You share the courteous and hospitable values of your Managers, making recommendations, offering friendly conversation, and answering questions naturally.

You should have an interest in and understanding of the business's commercial aspects; how using promotions and recommendations can help your venue achieve profitability and growth. You also ensure all bills are recorded and paid accurately.

You understand the importance of keeping a clean and tidy section, following RedCat health and safety standards, and ensuring your department is inviting and immaculately presented at all times.
