Job Summary. As a Waiter/Waitress at Mimi’s Café & Bistro, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. From greeting customers with a smile to delivering meals with care, your role is to provide attentive, efficient, and friendly service.. . Key Responsibilities. . Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner. Present menus, offer recommendations, and answer questions about dishes and drinks. Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system. Serve meals and beverages promptly and professionally. Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any concerns quickly. Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout service. Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations. Process payments and issue receipts accurately. . . Requirements. . Previous experience in hospitality preferred but not essential — full training provided. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
