Wine Bar Team MemberSalary: GBP25,000 - GBP26,500 p.a. (Permanent, Full-time, based on 40 hours/week)

Hours: Flexible, including evenings and weekends

Start Date: 31 August (negotiable)An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the opening team of a beautifully renovated, high-end wine bar in the heart of Perth. Set in a stunning listed building, this new venue promises to be a standout destination for wine lovers - and our client is looking for skilled, service-driven individuals to help bring it to life.

About the RoleAs a key part of the front-of-house team, you'll deliver an exceptional guest experience built on genuine warmth and exemplary attention to detail. You'll be passionate about wine, confident with pairings, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. (Don't worry, you'll be provided with full training!).They're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has at least 1 years' experience in hospitality, bartending, and customer service (catering experience is a plus).
  • Possesses excellent people skills and a passion for wine and food.
  • Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and colleagues.
  • Works well under pressure, with a strong sense of teamwork and professionalism.
  • Is physically fit and able to assist with deliveries and occasional lifting.
  • Is full of ideas and keen to help shape the venue's evolving service offering.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK.
  • No unspent criminal convictions.
