Role: Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking a proactive, cheerful team player with a passion for hospitality. You will work collaboratively with colleagues and guests to ensure excellent service and guest experience, always aiming to exceed expectations while maintaining Rockwater's service standards.

Responsibilities

1. Develop a deep understanding of our menu, beverages, and service standards to assist guests effectively.
2. Learn and apply the Rockwater ‘waves’ of service to each guest.
3. Ensure accurate and timely delivery of dishes, maintaining high order accuracy.
4. Maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas to promote a welcoming environment.
5. Assist with opening, operation, and closing procedures, adhering to our standards.
6. Prioritize safety at all times, addressing hazards and following allergen procedures.
7. Work closely with staff to foster strong customer relationships and cultivate loyalty.
8. Be flexible and willing to fulfill reasonable requests from management.
9. Proactively promote and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter in a high-volume venue.
