Job summary

Colten Care is seeking a friendly waiter/waitress to join the team at Canford Chase in Poole. You will deliver meals from a daily menu, using local produce, and provide a personal, efficient dining experience for residents. Expect paid breaks, uniforms, and growth opportunities as part of a supportive team.

The role requires a positive, can-do attitude and a commitment to food hygiene standards, with the chance to develop across the home’s catering team.

Introduction

We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing waiter/waitress to join our team and become a valued part of day-to-day life in our home Canford Chase in Poole, Dorset.

You’ll take pride in providing a personal, friendly and efficient service at each dining event. You’ll lead our residents through a unique and exciting food journey, building lasting relationships along the way.

You’ll support the chef by delivering their tasty delights from the nutritious daily menu using fresh local produce and ingredients, helping make a meaningful difference to the health and well-being of our residents each and every day.

We always look to inspire, develop and motivate our staff through a successful succession plan.
