We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Waiter or Waitress to join our friendly front of house team at St Petroc's Bistro in Padstow, Cornwall.

Our story

Rick and Jill Stein started our family-run business in 1975, and today we employ over 600 staff. The business has grown from the first flagship seafood restaurant in Padstow to 10 restaurants across southern England, plus hotels, a cookery school, shops, and an online shop. Rick and Jill are still heavily involved, along with their sons Ed, Jack, and Charlie.

Good to know...

  • Parking – plenty of free parking in Padstow.
  • Travel to work – Padstow is on the bus route from Bodmin, Wadebridge, and Newquay, with regular buses throughout the day.
  • You can cycle safely from Bodmin and Wadebridge to Padstow along the Camel Trail.
  • Uniform – smart black shoes and black trousers are required. We will provide a white shirt and apron.

St Petroc’s Bistro was opened in 1988 by Rick Stein and Jill Stein. Our Bistro specializes in British, French, Spanish, and Italian bistro food. In 2016, Ruby’s Bar was opened next door, and our front of house team enjoys serving guests at both locations.
