You love the venue you work for and are passionate about providing guests with an incredible experience. You work well in a team to ensure the food and drinks served look and taste wonderful, delivered with integrity and passion. You share the courteous and hospitable values of your Managers, making recommendations, engaging in friendly conversation, and answering questions promptly.

You understand the business's commercial aspects; how using promotions and recommendations can help achieve profitability and growth, and you ensure all bills are recorded and paid accurately.

You recognize the importance of maintaining a clean, tidy section, following RedCat health and safety standards, and ensuring your area is inviting and well-presented at all times.

  • Let’s be safe – Demonstrates awareness of allergen safety, covid-safety, and adheres to health and safety procedures and licensing laws, reporting any risks to managers.
  • A product expert – Passionate about our offerings, knowledgeable about our products, and capable of creating Instagram-worthy presentations.
  • Stock and cash handling – Confident in using EPOS systems for accurate order recording and payments.
  • You are eager to learn – Ready to undertake training, including online courses and on-the-job coaching, to develop your skills.
