What you’ll need to be a great Food & Beverage Assistant:

• Professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to delivering first-class experiences to guests; high standards will be second nature to you.
• Comfortable working within a volume-led environment, as well as in more intimate fine dining settings.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English, with the confidence to build relationships with the wider hotel team and guests.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with a ‘can-do’ attitude and love the buzz of being busy.
• Experience working within environments associated with Pride of Britain, Relais & Châteaux, or Small Luxury Hotels of the World would be ideal.
