This role has a starting rate of £12.25 per hour. On successful completion of probation, you will receive an increase to £12.75 per hour and £50 in hotel vouchers.
Role & Responsibilities:
To ensure all our guests receive a warm welcome and are treated with the utmost hospitality and care during their stay, aiming to provide an unforgettable experience.
- Minimize and handle complaints professionally according to our policies.
- Work in line with company policies and manuals.
- Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Manager & Supervisor to maximize sales performance and meet targets.
- Ensure effective control of stock and staff costs in the absence of the Restaurant Managers & Supervisor.
- Follow all hotel policies as outlined in your training manual.
- Serve food and drinks quickly and efficiently, meeting five-star standards.
- Stay updated on current promotions and new products.
- Inform guests about offers on our food and drink range.
- Assist in setting up functions and events according to procedures.
- Maintain accurate billing systems and process all payments in accordance with company policy.
- Observe and comply with cleaning rotas, health and safety, food and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure high standards of financial and reporting diligence.
- Maintain good working relationships with all departments and communicate effectively across the hotel.
- Understand responsibilities related to Fire Procedures, Health and Safety, COSHH, Infection Control, and Emergency Aid.
