The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Waiter with extensive wine knowledge and a natural flair for service. You will be a key member of our front-of-house team, delivering exceptional dining experiences with confidence, warmth, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver high standards of service during lunch and dinner shifts.
2. Guide guests confidently through our wine list and food pairings.
3. Collaborate with the sommelier and management to maintain wine knowledge and inventory.
4. Train and support junior staff in service standards and wine service.
5. Handle guest queries and feedback with grace and attention to detail.

About You:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar senior front-of-house role.
• Strong wine knowledge and enthusiasm for sharing it with guests.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example.
• Proactive team player proud of their work.
• WSET Level 2 (or equivalent) preferred but not essential if experience is sufficient.
