Skewd, an acclaimed dining experience, is excited to announce a new restaurant in Leicester Square, Central London. We are seeking dedicated and experienced waiting staff to join our team and help deliver exceptional service to our guests.

As a member of our waiting staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately.
3. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions guests may have.
4. Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained throughout service.
5. Handle guest inquiries and complaints with grace and efficiency.
6. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
7. Uphold Skewd’s standards of excellence and hospitality.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or similar setting.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
