Main duties:

1. Providing exceptional customer service
2. Understanding menu items and suggesting products to customers
3. Processing customer payments
4. Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages
5. Ensuring health, safety, and hygiene practices
6. Receiving and distributing stock supplies
