Our hotel is located in the heart of London, and we are looking to complete the team with a new person. Will you join us?

What are we looking for?

A full time Waiter/Waitress.

What will you do?
  1. Ensure maintenance and housekeeping of the work area.
  2. Customer care from entry to the end of service.
  3. Preparation of the services requested by customers.
  4. Basic development of products offered.
  5. Coordination with other departments (kitchen, office, hotel staff).
  6. Assessment of the level of customer satisfaction.
  7. Food handling.
  8. Addressing customer complaints and/or transferring them to Manager for follow up.
  9. Following of working procedures internally defined (check list, work processes ...).
  10. Support superiors in tasks related to the activity of the area.
  11. Participation in meetings with the Area Manager.
  12. Shift change. Transfer of incidents and state of customers to coworkers.
Working relations:

Internal: With the Kitchen and the Restaurant.

External: End customer.

Languages:

- English: High Level.
