• Experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
• Previous lounge/bar experience and PDR knowledge preferred.
• Commitment to standards and procedures.

Your Requirements: Your main responsibility is to embody exceptional hospitality by providing courteous, knowledgeable service, taking orders, answering menu questions, upselling offerings, and communicating effectively with the kitchen—all while maintaining a warm, professional presence.

We’d love you to have:

• Experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Waiter/Waitress in a fast-paced, high-quality environment
• Excellent English communication skills
• Previous lounge/bar experience and PDR knowledge (preferred)
• Flexibility with working hours, including late finishes
• Availability to work any 5 days between Monday and Sunday
