We’re looking for a passionate and driven Waiter/Waitress to join the pre-opening team of what will become one of Hoxton’s most talked-about culinary destinations in 2025.

Located on the 25th floor of art’otel London Hoxton, this Michelin-starred chef-led restaurant features a 70-cover dining space and a 110-cover cocktail bar, offering breathtaking 360° panoramic views of London’s skyline.

The menu celebrates vibrant flavors of Southern French and Mediterranean cuisine— sunshine food for the soul.

Expected start date: 15th July 2025

As our Waiter/Waitress, you will receive:

• Salary: It is anticipated you will earn between £13.04 (minimum contracted rate) and £15.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked, including an independently administered TRONC allowance.
