Job description

Critical Skills Needed for the Job:

1. Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and team members.
2. Maintain a professional appearance and display a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
3. Perform front-of-house cleaning duties to ensure a clean, welcoming, and professional environment, including:

• Sweeping and mopping floors, spot-cleaning spills, dusting and wiping surfaces, polishing glass and mirrors, arranging furniture, cleaning door handles, glass doors, windows, sinks, mirrors, countertops, refilling supplies, sanitizing toilet areas, emptying trash bins, dusting decorations, cleaning behind and under furniture, disinfecting high-touch areas, setting and cleaning tables, sanitizing menus and guest touchpoints.

Health & Safety Considerations:

• Use appropriate cleaning agents, wear gloves, follow safety protocols, display wet floor signs during mopping.

Consistent performance of these tasks ensures a pleasant environment for guests.
