Job description

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Waiter/Waitresses to join our team at our branch in East Finchley. Our restaurant is dynamic and busy, specializing in traditional Neapolitan Pizza.

The ideal Waiter/Waitress should have excellent customer service skills, greet customers politely and friendly, provide menus, and suggest daily/weekly specials. They will also be the point of contact for bills and handling funds.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greeting customers and introducing menus.
2. Taking orders.
3. Ensuring customer satisfaction, presenting bills, and processing payments.
4. Operating the bar and coffee section.
5. Attending regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers about menu changes and specials.
6. General cleaning duties.
