About The Role – You Will

• Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and professional atmosphere
• Provide expert knowledge of the menu, offering recommendations and upselling where appropriate
• Deliver flawless table service, from taking orders to ensuring accurate delivery of dishes
• Work closely with the reception, kitchen, and bar teams to ensure smooth service
• Anticipate guest needs, handle queries, and resolve issues with professionalism

About You – You Will Have

• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-end hospitality setting
• Experience or knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an advantage but not a necessity as full training will be provided
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails (or the desire to learn quickly)
• A genuine passion for guest service and creating unforgettable dining experiences
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A positive, proactive attitude and attention to detail
