Lilleshall Sports & Conferencing Centre is seeking a passionate Waiter / Waitress to provide excellent customer service during events. Location: Lilleshall Sports & Conferencing Centre
Job type: Casual
Working Hours: As and when required, usually evening and weekend shifts between Monday to Sunday
Salary: £7.55 - £12.21 per hour

To deliver those services, we need an enthusiastic and customer-focused team. We are currently recruiting for a Waiter / Waitress to join the centre.
Lilleshall is one of Sport England's National Sports Centres and hosts several National Governing Bodies of Sport. It offers excellent facilities to Britain’s leading sportsmen and women. Additionally, it functions as a Conferencing and Event Centre, with refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and team-building activities.
As a Waiter / Waitress, you will aim to achieve high standards of service and customer care. Your role will promote a friendly environment while serving drinks and refreshments promptly and efficiently, along with cleaning, gathering customer feedback, and preparing food at our functions.
You will contribute to creating a safe, fun, and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities.

Previous experience in a customer-facing environment, such as weddings or large-scale events, is desirable.
