Your Mission:

1. Be part of a BIG MAMMA floor team.
2. Prioritize guest care by following service steps, offering recommendations, upselling, and processing payments.
3. Master knowledge of our products, wines, and cocktails.
4. Open and close the floor.
5. Maintain health and safety standards, cleanliness, and organization.
6. Create memorable experiences for our customers.
7. Embodies Big Mamma values: warmth, professionalism, teamwork, and problem-solving attitude.

Your Skills:

1. Big smile and passion for Italian food.
2. Energetic, proactive, and team-oriented.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Previous experience in a busy restaurant preferred.
5. Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
