Job summary

The Social Hub Glasgow is seeking a waiter/waitress to bring energy and warmth to our Clubhouse service. You will move between tables, bar and kitchen, delivering a smooth, friendly guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll join a lively, multinational team and contribute to daily operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, teamwork and professional presentation. The role offers opportunities to grow within our dynamic hospitality concept.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, positive attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while staying calm and composed.
• English language required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and put them at ease.
• Take orders, serve dishes, and share menu recommendations confidently.
• Keep the floor running smoothly by anticipating needs.
• Coordinate with bar and kitchen to ensure accurate, timely service.
• Handle questions and small issues with calm, friendly problem solving.

• Support teammates during busy moments to maintain a great team rhythm.

As a Waiter/Waitress at The Social Hub Clubhouse, you keep service flowing with confidence, speed and genuine warmth at our Clubhouse. You’ll jump between tables, bar, kitchen and colleagues, keeping everything smooth, connected and fun. Our guests come from everywhere, and you love making each one feel at home. You’ll join a tight team that knows how to work hard, laugh hard and bring good vibes to the Hub.

The Clubhouse

What You’ll Have

• You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments
• You bring 1–2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn
• You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people
• You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool
• You speak English; any extra languages are a plus
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team
