The Restaurant is set within our Audley Retirement village, which features a health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar, and luxury suites. Audley villages consist of owners who reside permanently in their private homes and also host external customers. As our Waiter / Waitress, you will ensure that both Audley Owners and External Customers receive the highest quality service and experience. You will help create a warm welcome and provide seamless service at our restaurant and bistro, whether taking reservations, seating guests, advising on the menu, serving afternoon tea, promoting the village and spa, or engaging with regulars. You will also assist with servicing guest suites, handling owner inquiries, monitoring stock levels, setting up for special events, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the premises.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in hospitality and cash handling (preferably).
  • Prides in delivering quality in all tasks undertaken.
  • A proactive, organized approach to work.
  • Self-motivated, with a focus on standards and sales opportunities.
  • Enthusiastic about learning and growth.
  • Flexible and hands-on with daily duties and shift patterns.
  • Warm, professional, empathetic, and well-presented.
