Waiter - Luxury Hotel in Dorset
We are looking for a Waiter. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the F&B Supervisor. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.
Employment type: Full-time
Working pattern: 5 days per week with 2 days off
As a Waiter, you will be responsible for:
- Creating memorable experiences for our guests by using emotional engagement and high attention to detail.
- Being familiar with all menus and all products available.
- Cleaning and setting up tables.
- Taking orders for our wonderful guests.
- Ensuring that all food service areas are maintained to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Assisting with in-house telephone calls and messages from guests as well as taking reservations to the company standards.
What are we looking for?
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills with the ability to anticipate and cater to guest needs, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Attention to Detail.
- Passion for Food & Beverage.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant.
