Job summary

The Shepherd Mayfair in London is recruiting an engaging and driven Waiter/Waitress to join our Fayre and Lounge teams. You will provide attentive, authentic service, become an expert on menus including allergens, and ensure orders are taken and served promptly.

This permanent, full-time role offers £13.70 per hour + Tronc, 40 hours per week, hotel discounts, holiday entitlement, and ongoing training and progression within Axiom Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Providing attentive, authentic and gracious service within The Shepherd Mayfair’s Fayre and Lounge restaurants.
• Be an expert on all menus including allergens, dietary needs and special requests
• Ensuring that all orders are taken and executed in a timely manner
• Ensuring that all tables are set and ready for the welcoming of guests and diners at all times
• Play an active role in positioning the Fayre, Lounge and Hatch as leading Mayfair Food and Beverage outlets
• Engage with guests, have fun and build connections via guests and diners love for all things epicurean

We are currently recruiting for an engaging and drivenWaiter/Waitress to join our Truly Talented team.

What we offer

Permanent, full-time contract (40hrs per week)

You will work within the Restaurants Team that are responsible for Fayre – British Cuisine Restaurant with some Mediterranean touches, Lounge and the ‘to go Hatch’.
