Job summary

The Shepherd Mayfair in London is recruiting an engaging and driven Bartender to join our Truly Talented team. The ideal candidate will be a true epicurean with a passion for wine, cocktails and exceptional service in a busy restaurant and bar.

You will maintain the highest standards of hospitality, learn our food menu, and engage with guests. This is a full-time role (40 hours per week) with a salary of £28,500 per annum and employee benefits.

We are currently recruiting for an engaging and driven Bartender to join our Truly Talented team.

Your role

The ideal person for this role will be a true epicurean - a food and drink enthusiast, who maintains a solid and up-to-date understanding of the restaurant and bar scene.

You will be expected to maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar.

Have in-depth knowledge of wines, cocktails and specialty drinks and take pride in learning our food menu as well. And enjoy engaging with guests, getting to know our regulars and learning to anticipate their needs.

You'll work in a busy and hardworking team environment, where you'll continually learn and develop.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
