Hotel Du Vin is seeking a dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join the Bistro du Vin team in Edinburgh. You will play a key role in providing exceptional dining experiences, managing service flow, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates are flexible with shifts, possess excellent communication skills, and are passionate about customer service, with opportunities for career progression in Food & Beverage management.
Position: Waiter/Waitress - Bistro du Vin Brighton
Salary: OTE up to £13.30 per hour including "Tronc" for 24 hours per week.

Role Overview: You will be the face of the restaurant, helping to control the flow of service, communicating with the kitchen and restaurant management to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Working Hours: We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and require flexibility to work a range of shifts and days. Peak times are evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and hours are flexible and can be discussed during the interview.
