The Role

Audley Village’s Restaurant is set within our retirement village, which has its own health club, library, fine dining restaurant, bar and luxury suites. Audley villages comprise owners who permanently reside on site in their private homes but also host external customers. From simple to finest cuisine, beautiful settings in heritage buildings and the very best people, Audley is a growing luxury brand investing in people’s training and development to build skills and develop careers in hospitality quickly.

As our Waiter / Waitress you’ll ensure that Audley Owners and External Customers receive the highest quality of service and experience. You will make sure guests who visit the restaurant and bistro enjoy a warm welcome and a smooth, seamless service.

Whether you’re taking reservations, seating guests, advising on the menu, serving afternoon tea, promoting the village and our luxury spa, or sharing a joke with regulars, you’ll deliver an exceptional service. You’ll also help service our guest suites, answer owners’ enquiries, monitor stock levels, help set up for special events, and keep everywhere scrupulously clean.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in hospitality and handling cash (preferably).
  • Taking pride in everything you do is an essential quality for this role.
  • A ‘can do’ attitude and an organised approach that ensures things get done.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven by standards and sales opportunities.
  • Eager to learn and develop.
  • Hands on and flexible approach to daily duties and shift patterns.
  • Warm, professional and empathetic, as well as smartly turned out.
