Job summary

F1 Arcade Birmingham is hiring a waiter/waitress to deliver friendly, attentive service in a fast-paced venue. You will take orders, coordinate with the kitchen and bar, and ensure knowledge of all menu offerings and allergens.

The role requires calm, professional handling of guest needs and a strong team mindset. You will work evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's experience working as a waiter/waitress or server in a hospitality environment.
• Not an entry-level position; hands-on waiting/service experience is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills; ability to handle allergies and dietary requirements.

  We're looking for someone who is confident working in a busy hospitality environment, takes pride in delivering excellent service and can hit the ground running from day one., Minimum 1 year's experience working as a Waiter/Waitress or Server in a hospitality environment.
• Previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar, entertainment or events environment is highly desirable.
• Confident taking food and drink orders and providing table service.
• A good understanding of food, drink and allergen procedures.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Able to remain calm, professional and organised during busy periods.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends and during busy periods.
• A positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Someone who can work independently, use their initiative and take responsibility for their section.
• This is not an entry-level position, so previous hands-on waiting/service experience is essential.
