Overview

Sliver service waiter/ess required for a classical French restaurant. This restaurant is very classical in style and performs silver service of dishes. It has a busy environment with good local repeat business. The role requires an understanding of French produce.

Salary: £35K-£40K. Schedule: 5 days per week (Tues–Sat), straight shifts, 48 hours.

Responsibilities

• Prep the restaurant and ensure tables are ready for service.
• Set up and maintain service areas for your section.
• Serve guests in your section and answer questions on the French classics.
• During service, carry plates to guests and silver-serve items as required.
• Perform the standard silver service duties typical for this type of restaurant.
