We’re a daytime restaurant — which means you’ll finish every day by 4:30pm at the latest. If you’re looking for a great work-life balance and no late nights, this is the role for you.

We’re looking for someone with experience and a genuine love for hospitality to join our friendly, established team at Fego. If you enjoy hosting, take pride in offering great service, and thrive in a vibrant, busy restaurant — we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll be doing:

Delivering attentive, friendly service to every guest

Running your own section and ensuring guests’ needs are met throughout their visit

Confidently discussing our menu, ingredients, and recommending dishes (including dietary advice and flavour pairings)

Working as part of one team — no front-of-house vs kitchen divides here

Keeping pace in a busy environment and helping to keep service smooth and efficient

What we’re looking for:

Someone who has previous hospitality experience and a real passion for great service

A warm, personable individual who enjoys hosting and connecting with people

A calm and positive attitude under pressure
