The Role

As a Waiter – Food & Beverage, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional, personalised table service across all
    dining areas.
  • Provide a warm, intuitive experience to both members and
    hotel guests.
  • Confidently guide guests through the food and beverage
    menus.
  • Maintain a full understanding of all menu items, specials,
    and allergens.
  • Ensure your section is consistently clean, organised, and
    well-prepared.
  • Liaise effectively with kitchen, bar, and runner teams to
    ensure smooth service.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and with discretion,
    escalating when needed.
  • Uphold appearance, grooming, and service standards
    consistently.
  • Support the wider team with a collaborative and
    solutions-focused approach.

The Twenty Two is a luxury lifestyle hotel located on
London’s historic Grosvenor Square. Our property, set within a listed Edwardian
manor, combines cultural elegance with modern charm. We offer an all-day public
restaurant and a private members’ club with 31 bedrooms and suites.

About You

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about

You will have:

  • Previous experience in a high-end or luxury hospitality
    setting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Deep understanding of service etiquette and guest engagement
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask under
    pressure
  • A confident, courteous, and service-led personality
  • A proactive, professional, and team-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver flawless food and beverage service in line with The
    Twenty Two standards
  • Support daily set-up, service, and close-down of allocated
    areas
  • Maintain accurate knowledge of menus, ingredients, and
    dietary requirements
  • Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors
  • Ensure all interactions are discreet, polished, and
    attentive
  • Manage feedback professionally and escalate when appropriate
  • Contribute positively to team morale and service efficiency
